**1 Proof of student status is required. Please email it to www.his2014.org@gmail.com and qh.liu@siat.ac.cn, yan.han@siat.ac.cn,with the subject line "Proof of student status". We will accept one of the following types of documents: 1) scanned copy of valid student ID card, with clearly displayed expiration date; 2) an official letter of confirmation from the student's university, with clearly displayed issue date and valid period. You will be also asked to present this proof of student status again at the conference registration desk, when you arrive in Shenzhen.

• Author/Regular/Student Registration includes admission to all HIS 2014 conference and workshop sessions, the conference proceedings, coffee breaks, conference banquet, lunches and dinners.
• You can pick up the official receipt for the registration during the conference
• For paper authors
o For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at the author rate, even if all authors are students. Completed registration is required before 15st, March, 2014 for all accepted papers and/or presentations that are to be included in the conference proceedings.
o Authors of an accepted regular/short/workshop/demo paper must complete a full registration before15th, March, 2014 for their paper to be included in the conference proceedings.
o If you have multiple accepted papers, each paper must have a separate author full registration.
